      FS19763油水分離濾芯過(guò)濾原理:油、水和其他液體的液滴,被聚結器內部的超細纖維捕捉,這些微米級纖維對氣流形成了曲折的通道,迫使固體顆粒和液體霧滴在慣性碰撞、擴散攔截和直接攔截三種過(guò)濾機理的作用下,被超細纖維捕獲,液體表面張力使小液滴聚結成較大型液滴,由于重力作用,大型液滴沉降至容器底部聚結濾芯:玻璃纖維聚結濾芯采用高密度梯度玻璃纖維制造,為減少破損漏失設計成整體單片管結構,濾芯表面經(jīng)疏水、疏油處理,可滿(mǎn)足各種精度等級要求。聚酯纖維聚結濾芯濾芯材料通常用聚酯纖維人工合成材料,與各種流體有很好的兼容性。濾芯采用多層結構螺旋狀卷制而成,每層采用不同性能的纖維,通過(guò)控制每層纖維的形狀、大小、厚度和密度等參數來(lái)達到預期的過(guò)濾精度。
